Clinical Supervision for LPC Licensure in Pennsylvania

Clinical supervision is more than a box to check on the way to licensure. It is a protected, collaborative space to deepen your skills, strengthen your clinical judgment, and grow into the kind of therapist you want to be.

At Life Balance Counseling and Wellness, we offer supervision that is thoughtful, supportive, and grounded in real-world experience.

Who we work with:

Life Balance’s founder, Marlo Ann Torrelli, LPC, currently provides clinical supervision for:

  • Pre-licensed counselors (LAPC / LPC candidates) working toward Pennsylvania LPC licensure

  • Early-career clinicians who desire a reflective and supportive space to grow

  • Therapists seeking support with complex cases or ethical decision-making

  • Clinicians in group practice, private practice, or agency settings who want supervision from someone who has worked in all three

Supervision style:

Marlo’s supervision style is relational and developmental. She uses the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM) to tailor supervision to your stage of professional growth and evolving needs.

You can expect supervision to:

  • Be supportive and validating

  • Emphasize ethical practice, clinical competence, and professional identity formation

  • Provide structured feedback, case consultation, and training in evidence-based modalities when appropriate

  • Foster reflective practice and skill development.

Clinical Experience:

Marlo is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania (LPC) in PA and is the Owner/Director of Life Balance.
